2. Free 30-Minute Consultation

Auroratik offers an initial, free 30-minute consultation to discuss your business, products, target markets, readiness, and available membership options.

Booking a consultation does not commit you to purchasing a membership. The consultation does not include store setup, product uploading, advertising campaign management, ongoing store operations, or a detailed implementation plan.

3. Onboarding and Subsequent Services

If you decide to explore membership further, Auroratik can coordinate with Luckylit to clarify the applicable requirements and arrange the next steps with the onboarding service team. Please do not email business verification documents at this stage.

Membership activation, onboarding, training, and any ongoing support are subject to the selected package and the arrangements confirmed by Luckylit and the relevant service team. These services are separate from Auroratik’s free consultation.

Auroratik is a separate business and is not Alibaba.com.

4. Membership Information and Pricing

Package descriptions, prices, advertising allocations, and platform benefits shown on this website are reference information, not a binding quotation.

Pricing, billing periods, eligibility, verification requirements, and included services require final official confirmation before purchase. Where source materials use unclear billing labels, including for 24-month plans, confirm the total contract cost and payment schedule before committing.

5. No Guaranteed Business Results

Neither a consultation nor a membership guarantees inquiries, orders, revenue, advertising performance, search placement, or business growth.

Results depend on factors including product suitability, market demand, competition, supplier operations, and platform rules. Any stated star-status benefit is subject to official eligibility requirements and conditions.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Bookings are subject to available times. If you cannot attend, please use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking confirmation, or contact us as early as possible.

7. Information You Provide

Please provide accurate business information and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive verification documents through a general consultation booking form. Use the designated verification process when requested.
